This is a brief technical analysis of the windows we make at our factory. The UPVC profile we use is Advance 70 which is produced by Selecta. All our windows have reinforced sash's for security. The reinforcing we use is aluminium and the hinges actually lock into position when closed adding to the security. The window locking system we use is espag and envolves metal roller cams in to preformed keeps. Nearly all the windows we make are externally glazed, however, internally glazed windows are also availible. Externally glazed windows are glazed on to a 6mm security tape which adheres after 24hours of installation. Internally glazed windows are glazed using an E gasket.
