FENSA regulates all replacement windows fitted by respectable company's, we fit all our windows and doors under FENSA licence and take care of all the relevant paperwork. (It is an offence to fit replacement windows without registering them with your local building council or FENSA.) We operate under strict guide lines and everything we do is to current building regulations so beware of rogue traders not fitting under licence as it will later effect the sale of your home.
